Supply and Demand Analyst
Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Supply and Demand Analyst in Vista, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Supply and Demand Analyst:
Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
Utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning to forecast and plan production needs.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials required for production.
Collaborate with various departments including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure alignment of production plans.
Anticipate and identify potential issues in the production process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
What we are looking for in a Supply and Demand Analyst:
Requires a BS degree and 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of skills and experience
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP systems, Adobe and Smart Sheet

Pay Scale:
$62,400 $93,600 (Dependent on Experience)
