Sourcing and Procurement Associate
Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Sourcing and Procurement Associate in Warren, NJ.
Your main responsibilities as a Sourcing and Procurement Associate:
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to Security guidelines, EHS regulations and training requirements.
Data, Management, Analysis and Reporting: Analyze procurement and finance data to find trends and improvement areas.
Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
Utilize procurement software to streamline processes.
Maintain accurate data in applicable ERP systems.
What we are looking for in a Sourcing and Procurement Associate:
Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Intermediate level with 4-7+ years of experience in any of the following areas: sourcing, procurement, supply chain or engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Scale:
$92,817 $116,029 (Dependent on Experience)
