Your main responsibilities as a Senior Manager, Human Resources:
Provides strategic direction and ensures the effective execution of all aspects of human resources management, including compensation and benefits, compliance with federal and state employment laws, talent management, training and development, performance management, recruitment, employee retention, and HR data management and reporting metrics.
Assesses human resource needs and oversees the refinement and implementation of organization[1]wide systems and structures.
Responds to staff needs and ensures effective staff are recruited, retained, and developed.
Works closely with organizational leadership and managers to maintain a positive work environment and culture and helps facilitate the resolution of interpersonal issues.
Fosters a trusting environment that is characterized by transparency, active listening, and direct communication.
What we are looking for in a Senior Manager, Human Resources:
Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field Master s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Preferred: Prior pharmaceutical experience.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all facets of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, company policy and procedure compliance, HR educational training, performance management, and HR-related processes and systems.
Excellent business writing, verbal communication and analytical skills.

Pay Scale:
$37.16 - $46.45 (Dependent on Experience)
