• Ensure that process improvement project activities are executed and in compliance with Company processes, guidelines and policies, ICH/GCP and Health Authority regulations
• Provide compliance support by answering questions, providing advice and inspection readiness support
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and act as a change agent in support of the process improvement activities across Clinical Operations
• Contribute to sustainable solutions in support of establishing a standardized approach and oversight of best practices
• Perform needs assessments and track trends to support the quality continuous improvement strategy

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Life Science with over 7 years of experience in diagnostics or medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Management or successful track record of leading process development activities is preferred
• Ability to lead in a global setting and to successfully operate across diverse cultures and geographies
