Your main responsibilities as a Senior Clinical Contracts Specialist:
- Draft, review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, Clinical Trial Agreements and Site Budgets
- Evaluate changes in study protocols to determine the impact on clinical trial site budgets
- Provide continuing support on executed agreements
- Work closely and communicate timely updates regarding contract and site budget status with cross functional team members
- Establish Purchase Orders (PO), review related Invoices, track spend against contracts / POs, and report spend as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or industry related field
- 5 years of contract drafting, negotiation and finalizing experience within diagnostics and/or pharma industry
- 5 years of specific RFI, RFP, contracting and/or budget management experience
- 3-4 years of clinical trial experience
