R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Scientist Bioscience in Gaithersburg, MD.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Scientist Bioscience:

Fully competent in own research area within Bioscience discipline.

Initiate, direct and perform research experiments and implementing strategies.

Will be able to work without direct supervision and be able to advise/train less experienced scientists.

Part of the Integrated Bioanalysis (iBA) Global Team.

Responsible for delivering Flow Cytometry endpoints with a specific focus on the assessment of cellular kinetics, and pharmacodynamic biomarkers for our vast portfolio. .

What we are looking for in a Senior Scientist Bioscience:

BSc with 3+ years of experience in pharma, MS with 1-3+ years of experience in pharma, or Ph.D. degree in immunology, molecular biology or related studies with 0+ years relevant experience.

Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Flow Cytometry.

Design, execute, and troubleshoot assays to ensure they are fit for purpose

Background in clinical trial research and/or clinical diagnostic lab desirable

Expertise with OMIQ software and spectral cytometry desirable.

$97,144 $121,445 (Dependent on Experience)
