R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Quality Complaint Contractor in San Diego, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Quality Complaint Contractor:
Review documents related to incoming complaints, including formal reports, emails, and other communications.
Make and document sound regulatory reporting decisions and justifications for global reporting requirements.
Perform technical root cause analysis which may include assessment of design, device performance, and usability.
Perform device functional tests.
Apply statistical methods to conduct technical investigations and data analyses.
What we are looking for in a Quality Complaint Contractor:
BS degree in engineering or scientific discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work proactively and cooperatively with managers and operational staff to solve quality problems
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high degree of self-motivation
Good written, oral, and interpersonal English communication skills
