Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Talent Advisor in San Rafael, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Talent Advisor:
Full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor and management roles across various departments including R&D, Technical Operations, and Corporate functions.
Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals to understand organizational requirements and align them with the qualifications of prospective candidates.
Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
Manage multiple job openings, providing positive candidate experiences and meeting client expectations.
Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills for candidate and client management.
What we are looking for in a Talent Advisor:
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or IT industries with 1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience.
Demonstrated skill in prioritizing workload across a variety of demands; interview scheduling, sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook, and MS Office Suite, particularly calendaring and spreadsheets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-service orientation in all dealings.

Pay Scale:
$75,379 $94,236 (Dependent on Experience)
