Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Scientist(contract), Pre-Pivotal Biologics Development in Foster City, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Research Scientist(contract), Pre-Pivotal Biologics Development:
Proficiency with CHO cell culture.
Ability to manage high-throughput cell culture screens (?5,000 clonal cell lines simultaneously)..
Experience with single cell cloning, hitpick, and scale-up of suspension cell lines.
Registration of cell lines in electronic notebook and documentation of cell growth metrics.
Onsite role with 100% in-lab focus for cell culture execution
What we are looking for in a Research Scientist(contract), Pre-Pivotal Biologics Development:
B.S/M.S. and ?10 years, Ph.D. and 0-2 years of experience in a relevant scientific discipline (biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering).
Excellent communication, technical report writing, and presentation skills and aptitude for creative problem solving.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and adhere to timelines.
Ability to think critically and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.

Pay Scale:
$88,741 $110,933 (Dependent on Experience)
