Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Associate in Seattle, WA.
Your main responsibilities as a Research Associate:
Propose and execute high quality laboratory experiments with guidance from senior team members.
Support projects that are immediately relevant to company milestones in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and troubleshoot problems in creative ways.
Learn and execute SOPs to produce critical reagents.
Communicate results to supervisor and project teams and propose innovative solutions to scientific challenges.
What we are looking for in a Research Associate:
Bachelor's Degree - BS in Biological/Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Biochemistry or related field
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Very good organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.).
