Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Associate II in South San Francisco, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Research Associate II:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to support the centralized cell banking and distribution team for Research and Early Development a company`.
The focus will be to use a variety of culturing techniques to expand, bank, Quality Control, characterize and distribute advanced cellular models within Research.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in culturing a variety of cell lines and advanced cellular models, molecular, biochemical techniques and some automation experience.
The candidate will be expected to frequently interact and communicate with other groups as part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
What we are looking for in a Research Associate II:
BS/MS in life sciences
Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture 2 years or more
2 years or more of hands-on experience with optimizing, scaling up of cell lines, organoids and iPSCs
2 year automation experience
In depth knowledge of cell lines and advance model QCs karyotyping, tri-lineage differentiation, pluripotency testing, mycoplasma, authentication.

Pay Scale:
$59,354 $101,053 (Dependent on Experience)
