Research Associate
Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Associate in Cambridge, MA.
Your main responsibilities as a Research Associate:
Operate and maintain the PhenoCycler Fusion and auto-staining instruments.
Prepare and manage reagents.
Perform reagent validation and QC.
Prepare slides for analysis.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of samples, reagents.
What we are looking for in a Research Associate:
Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields.
3+ years of hands on experience in a laboratory.
Prior experience with spatial technologies or pathology/histology/IHC is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Ideal candidates will be quick learners and comfortable with new technologies and have excellent hands-on and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Skills for effective and timely communication with colleagues.

Pay Scale:
$53,813 $67,287 (Dependent on Experience)
