Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Associate I in Novato, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Research Associate I:
Planning and execution of relevant experiments to support development and qualification of analytical assays for enzyme replacement therapies
Methods typically include potency, purity, cellular uptake , activity, enzyme kinetics and multiple compendial methods
Plan and execute experimental studies in an efficient manner to meet project goals and timelines
Provide concise and quantitative analysis of data and interpretation of experimental results.
Provide effective oral presentations at departmental and interdepartmental meetings
What we are looking for in a Research Associate I:
Bachelor s degree in biological sciences and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 1 year experience with Masters - Title will be commensurate with experience
Excellent understanding of large molecule proteomics, lyophilized materials and devices
Proven technical skills in development and execution of biochemical, and/or bioassay methods for characterization of potency, purity and activity of proteins
Collaborative skills to work in a cross-functional environment
Excellent communication, collaboration and writing skills

Pay Scale:
$70,353 $87,954 (Dependent on Experience)
