Job Description

  • Help develop, deliver & drive the execution of internal/external scientific communication strategy & related tactics, including global publications (e.g., abstracts, posters, manuscripts) & scientific materials.
  • Support standardization across the geographies
  • Work with agency partners to ensure deliverables are of high quality & delivered in a timely manner
  • Manage publication development activities in Datavision publication management software, including internal/external review & collection of authorship agreements, financial disclosures & author approvals
  • Ensure documentation of compliance with authorship & publication guidelines as stipulated by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) & Good Publication Practice for Communicating Company-Sponsored Medical Research (GPP)
  • Participate in publication planning meetings to assist with the execution of the publication plans
  • Support scientific congress activities
  • Participate in Medical Communications meetings to assist with achieving the team goals


Requirements:

  • BS with equivalent industry experience
  • 3-6 years of highly experienced in publication-related activities in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good understanding of clinical study data and Pharmacotherapy
  • Oncology experience

Pay Scale:

Dependent on Experience

$63.45 - $79.31
