The role involves aligning platform activities with stakeholders (Therapeutic Areas and other Research Platforms) priorities, and covers a wide range of activities and projects. Multiple demands are common and require a high degree of flexibility, judgment, and organizational & technical skills. Duties vary according to individual departmental needs globally, but all involve technical & organizational skills for the coordination & maintenance of facts, data, documents, calendars, meetings, international communication, and/or the like. High level of interaction with Senior Management Level associates, both internally within the TIM RP and externally across R&D support functions.
Bachelor s degree in the biological sciences and 2-5 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, experience with in vivo pharmacology studies and project management is desired. Successful candidates will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with the basic principles of animal models of human disease. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and familiarity with project management tools is desired. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, and Excel are required.
