Project Analyst Senior

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Project Analyst Senior in Waltham, MA.

Your main responsibilities as a Project Analyst Senior:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities management services for the new R&D lab/office site.

Ensure the seamless transition of hard services from project phase to operational phase.

Collaborate with construction, engineering, and facilities teams to align project goals with operational needs.

Manage and coordinate maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure systems to ensure they meet operational standards.

Develop and implement facilities services readiness plans, including commissioning and handover processes.

What we are looking for in a Project Analyst Senior:

Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

Strong project management skills, including planning and scheduling for complex projects.

Proficiency in project management software to develop and manage schedules.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate

Exceptional organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks
