Your main responsibilities as a Process Control Engineer III:

Elicit requirements from Business Process Owners, Manufacturing Supervisors, Quality Engineers, Quality Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Manufacturing Managers, and shop floor end-users.

Draft, approve requirements and configuration specifications based upon standard templates.

Configure InfinityQS application and services to deliver the functionality required to meet process control and electronic Device History Record (eDHR) requirements for the process, collaborating with IT SMEs, process owners, process users, and quality oversight.

Coordinate with key business stakeholders to negotiate cut-over plans and timelines for rapid changes in production environment.

Able to develop, author, revise, pFMEA for manufacturing processes.

What we are looking for in a Process Control Engineer III:

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control, Automation, Electrical, Chemical, Petrochemical, etc.)

5+ years of direct hands-on experience with InfinityQS ProFicient SPC-MI application and DMS/DCS application services configuration and administration; technical expert with demonstrated experience.

Strong demonstrated background in OPC communication with PLCs, serial communication with equipment, and ability to configure communication interfaces to such equipment within the ProFicient applications.

Direct experience with implementation and change management associated with computerized systems used for process control and batch management.

Direct experience using TrackWise for change management.
