Your main responsibilities as a Sr. Operations Associate Business Operations:

This position not only coordinates and manages the considerable volume of information and data generated by company (PT) Chemistry Manufacturing & Controls Management & Operations (CMC M&O) and Clinical Supply Operations (CSO) but is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of said internally generated data by relying on previously learned processes and existing procedures.

This information (referenced above) is related to situations where the data is 1) internally generated from company sites in Germany or Japan 2) externally generated at reputable Contract Manufacturing/Contract Research Organizations (CMOs/CROs and 3) is in the form of internally generated databases created, tested, and maintained by company PT that are necessary for the various groups to function efficiently.

This Position leads all operational tasks and process execution in order to support senior staff in maintaining critical database information (such as Contractor data, PT personnel contact information, Departmental Calendar and team building activities) and facilitates sharing of information not only with appropriate departments within company PT but on occasion within Global PT.

The incumbent works independently and escalates, as appropriate, to the Director/Sr.Director of the department.

What we are looking for in a Sr. Operations Associate Business Operations:

Associates degree and three (3) years experience in pharmaceutical database management; experience in database/system verification (including Good Documentation Practice), front-end database configuration, and/or data querying/reporting required.

Pharmaceutical Development (RACMC, CMC, CSO) Understanding preferred.

Monitors and assesses individual work to provide highly accurate deliverables in accordance with timelines

Learns to understand currently existing operational processes.

Proactively demonstrates the ability to understand the causes of issues, with limited guidance, escalating as appropriate.
