R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Necropsy Scientific Researcher/Senior Scientific Researcher in South San Francisco, CA.

Your main responsibilities as a Necropsy Scientific Researcher/Senior Scientific Researcher:

This position is embedded within the company s Research Pathology Department and is focused on the daily performance, development and advancement of the necropsy laboratory capabilities and services rendered onsite at the company South San Francisco campus.

The core function of this position is to support collaborations with research scientists and pathologists who discover and develop drugs for the treatment of various therapeutic areas.

The ideal candidate will provide the scientific and technical expertise at the benchtop necessary to support necropsy activities independently and achieve success for the laboratory.

The ideal candidate will also drive scientific development, research and may present these advances at the departmental level.

What we are looking for in a Necropsy Scientific Researcher/Senior Scientific Researcher:

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Animal Science or similar field - Preferred

ALAT & LAT AALAS Certifications Preferred

1-2 years of industry experience; specifically performing diagnostic rodent necropsies.

Record of productivity as well as relevant professional experience.

Thorough understanding & proficiency for working in an In vivo research setting.

Pay Scale:

$43,160 $81,943 (Dependent on Experience)
