Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician in South San Francisco, CA.

Your main responsibilities as a Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician:

Responsible for working effectively within the group to meet department goals and objectives.

Responsible for executing glass wash and equipment preparation activities.

Cleaning, sterilizing, preparing and distributing of glassware and equipment.

Operate process equipment, which includes autoclaves, washers, ovens, tanks, and benchtop instruments.

Responsible for producing microbiological media, cell culture media, various solutions, buffers, clean glassware and prepared equipment for use throughout GMP and/or R&D groups.

What we are looking for in a Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician:

High School Diploma or GED and one of the following:

Completion of college-level course work in biological sciences and/or physical sciences.

AA/AS Degree in a related science major.

At least 1 year of relevant experience.

A strong background in either media prep or glassware operations or related operational environment.

Pay Scale:

$42,648 $53,314 (Dependent on Experience)
