Acts as project manager for Corporate Training department
Perform regular reviews of content with subject matter experts and other team members for accuracy and relevance.
Update and revise content (e.g., online course materials, job aides, classroom materials, etc.), ensuring content deliverables adhere to established standards and ensure design and content meet company style guides and graphic standards.
Designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains eLearning programs using advanced software tools and/or application systems (Microsoft Project, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word)
Assist in the management of Training Academy content, test configuration, creation and editing of course materials, archiving, version control, course surveys and reporting.
Provides support to two campus locations (Indianapolis, IN & Glendale, AZ) regarding student services and program management.
Develops and distributes Academy marketing and communication material including both hard copy and electronic formats.
Assists with maintenance of Academy shared drives and data base management.
Compiles and distributes Academy reports and KPI metrics to Biomat senior leadership.
Must have good Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Coordination skills a must
Experience in project management a plus
Advanced software tools and/or application systems (Microsoft Project, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
