Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Global Medical Affairs Oncology Clinical Operations Associate in New Jersey
Location:
- Must be local to Basking Ridge, NJ and able to work in the office a minimum of two days per week
Responsibilities:
- Provides operational support to the Global Oncology Medical Affairs (GOMA) Clinical Trial Management, Resources & Operations team
- Supports company sponsored review committee activities for interventional and non-interventional studies
- Create templates, agendas, taking meeting minutes, scheduling, coordinating reviews, assisting in developing charters, and project management execution
- Works closely with GOMA and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence across committees
- Tracks project deliverables and provides ad hoc Clin Ops support to achieve desired outcomes
- Responsible for quality control of data migration and study tracking
Requirements:
- Degree with pharmaceutical industry working on Medical Affairs/Investigator-Initiated (Oncology) Studies
- Ability to independently manage priorities and organize work efficiently
- Anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve to identify solutions
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with diplomacy
- Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships
- Understanding of GCP and compliance
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, SharePoint) Pharma industry and Medical Affairs experience strongly preferred
