Overview:

The job of the Finance Administrator will be to provide support to the Finance Director with transactional accounting tasks. The Finance Administrator will be an individual who is proactive, keen to learn and actively studying towards an accounting qualification. Reporting directly to the Finance Director this will be an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the technical aspects of accounting and gain exposure to some higher-level tasks with time.

Tasks:

• Oversee weekly billing
• Generate and Log payroll journals
• Oversee expense reports
• Reconcile monthly billing
• Manage user credit cards
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Oversee daily cashflow
• Monthly bank reconciliation

Pay Scale:

50,000 - 55,000 annual salary (Dependent on Experience)
