Clinical Project Associate

Our Bay Area pharmaceutical client is recruiting for a Clinical Project Associate to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position, 3 days on site per week.

Summary:

• Track and prepare study-specific information using databases, spreadsheets, and other tools
• Review and participate in the quality assurance of data or documents
• Arrange meeting logistics and assist with taking minutes for designated studies and meetings
• Assist with development of documents and standard forms
• Support sample reconciliation for active clinical studies in collaboration with Study Leads on sample tracking with periodic consent verification.
• Utilize Veeva Vault to support eTMF filing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science with 2 plus years of biopharmaceutical experience
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCP, and familiarity with standard clinical operating procedures is preferred
• Prior clinical operations experience or clinical/diagnostic laboratory or CRO (central lab) experience

Pay Scale:

• $40-45/hour (Dependent on Experience)
