Our Bay Area client is recruiting for a Clinical Contract Manager to join their growing team.

Summary:
- Facilitate the contracting process thru to execution of the entire contract
- Ensure all contract types including MSAs, SOWs, COs, NDAs, consulting agreements and other assigned contracts are managed through the Legal contract review and financial approval systems
- Communicate with key stakeholders on the status of contract review and approval
- BA/BS in Finance, Legal, Health sciences, or related degree
- 3-5 years of relevant contract management experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated experience with BOARD, Coupa and Oracle
- $51 - $70.65 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
