Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Category Manager SOW Review and Negotiation in San Rafael, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Category Manager SOW Review and Negotiation:
Review and negotiate SOWs in accordance with Legal s annotated clause guidance.
Ensure compliance with company sourcing policies, including competitive bidding and preferred supplier utilization.
Identify and mitigate risks within contract terms and conditions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project scopes and requirements.
Provide consultation on SOW structuring to align with organizational objectives.
What we are looking for in a Category Manager SOW Review and Negotiation:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, or a related domain.
Strong knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Icertis) and contract management processes.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting and applying legal and sourcing guidelines.

Pay Scale:
$92,135 $115,178 (Dependent on Experience)
