Your main responsibilities as a Bioinformatics Analyst II:

Company has access to large snRNAseq data sets of the human brain for Alzheimer s Disease and other diseases.

Up to now the internal computational analysis was focused on selected cell-types.

Expanding the analysis to other cell types and additional data integration will contribute to realize the full potential of this data set and impact future target identification.

The objective of this project is three-fold:

Expand the analysis to other cell types.

What we are looking for in a Bioinformatics Analyst II:

Bachelor, with 2 year of hands-on experience

Master, with hands-on experience (might be master thesis or project work)

Hands- on experience with interactive visualizations and tool development in R shiny

Part of the international CompBio Neuro team

Based in Cambridge, Lake County or remote
