Your main responsibilities as an Associate Director, Clinical Compliance Operations:
- Drive the development, optimization, alignment and implementation of clinical trial processes
- Establish and maintain the training courses for Clinical Operations and Clinical Development teams
- Proactively monitor compliance with procedural documents and training requirements
- Develop and report process and training compliance metrics
- Support audit/inspection response development and CAPA implementation
- Bachelor s Degree in Life Sciences with over 7 years of clinical compliance and process improvement experience within biopharma industry
- Extensive knowledge of international GCP regulatory requirements and expertise with end-to-end clinical trial processes
- Ability to prioritize and adjust workload within a fast paced environment
