Your main responsibilities as an Assoc Scientist:
We are seeking a highly motivated wet bench scientist with scientific and technical expertise in molecular virology to join the Virology and Vaccine Discovery group in Gaithersburg, MD.
The scientist will be a key member of a growing team focused on discovering and studying monoclonal antibodies to viral pathogens.
The position requires a strong interest in laboratory bench work; preference will be given to candidates with skills such as PCR, molecular cloning, cell culture, transfections, ELISAs, flow cytometry, etc.
What we are looking for in an Assoc Scientist:
Possesses working knowledge within subject area.
Delivers experimental work to high standards and carefully adheres to standard operating procedures.
Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction.
May be working towards relevant qualification in scientific discipline.
