Accountant

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant in Nashville, TN.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Accountant:

Perform general accounting entries, analysis, and reporting.

Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Flexible knowledge and willingness to support multiple accounting areas (general ledger, cash and banking, prepaids, inventory, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) with common business tasks.

Assist with quarterly review and annual audits, including the compilation and preparation of supporting schedules, work papers, and financial reports related to areas of responsibility.

Analyze monthly financial data and make sure all monthly activity has been recorded and reconciled.

What we are looking for in a Senior Accountant:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance required

5+ years of combined relevant experience in general accounting preferred

Experience with MS Dynamic System or other large ERP system preferred

Advanced Microsoft skills including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

Strong attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
