R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Scientist Bioscience in Waltham, MA.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Scientist Bioscience:
Perform large scale cell culture of tumor cell lines for in vivo studies.
Profile xenograft tumor samples to explore mechanisms of drug response and resistance using both traditional and novel approaches.
Analyze biomarkers in blood and tumor samples using techniques such as western blot, ELISA- and/or MSD-based platforms, and PCR.
Hands-on expertise conducting (spectral) flow cytometry on rodent blood and tissues and/or patient samples a plus.
Proficient in working with various programs and databases.
What we are looking for in a Senior Scientist Bioscience:
BS with 4+ years hands-on in vitro pharmacology, cell biology or related experience, preferably in industry
