As a UX Writer, you will shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful, and engaging content that helps users adopt our solutions and facilitate behavior change. You will strive to motivate the users by targeting the content specifically to them. You will collaborate closely with behavioral scientists to infuse behavioral change principles into the content. You will help set the vision, voice and tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. As a stellar writer, you have a portfolio of work that demonstrates content that simplifies and beautifies the overall user experience.

You work with people in a variety of roles including UX designers and researchers, behavioral scientists, product managers, engineers, marketing, user success, clinical, and regulatory. You regularly use empathy, logic and hard data to inform content choices, and you become an expert in your product area. You provide content recommendations that include the right words and you work with designers to complement the content with data and images.
