Knowledge of REMS programs and SupportPoint, a plus
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Training Logistics
a. Secure venues and equipment for instructor-led training sessions.
b. Prepare, order, and/or print training materials.
c. Coordinate training sessions (classroom and virtual sessions) with managers/supervisors and
send meeting invitations to training participants.
d. Support Training Team with miscellaneous ad hoc requests.
2. Training Documentation
a. Manage user groups in learning management system.
b. File training records in the identified secure location and/or document training completion in
the learning management system.
c. Follow-up with learners and/or their managers on incomplete training assignments and ensure
they are completed.
d. Fulfill other duties as assigned.
3. Content Development and Management
a. Prepare training data for hands-on training activities.
b. Gather feedback from Training Team and learners and incorporate changes across all
impacted training materials.
c. Monitor incoming feedback, training requests and ensure a response is provided per
established service level agreement and request is completed per agreed upon time frame.
d. Review and/or test training modules prior to deployment and assist with the deployment of
training items in the learning management system.
e. Execute additional tasks as needed.
4. Training Metrics
a. Prepare training evaluations to be deployed following completion of training.
b. Gather customer satisfaction and training metrics and present in monthly report or as
requested by management.
c. Analyze results of knowledge, skill, and/or performance assessments and prepare
graphs/charts to report findings.
d. Compile and present other metrics as requested.
Strong written, oral, interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Ability to prioritize workload to achieve deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Dependability, flexibility, and positive attitude required
Minimal travel required
This posting is for a junior level, who may or may not have prior training experience but that has the skills and knowledge required to perform the core tasks outlined in the job description. MS Office suite proficiency, the candidate should have experience using Outlook, basic to intermediate knowledge/skill of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Person will need to create and/or update PowerPoint slides, Word documents and Excel charts/graphs.
