Overall Responsibilities:
Write technical documentation for internal SRE and developer audiences.
Design and organize documentation sets for new products and projects.
Define documentation requirements with teams and work with engineers to create and update doc sets used by SREs and developers.
Review, edit, and enhance documents written by engineers.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Research and write excellent documentation for software engineers and sysadmins.
Identify and address product, project, and program documentation needs
Write and update technical docs
Create and maintain websites to address user needs

Required Skills:
7 - 10 years of Technical Writing experience
STRONG Technical background or aptitude
Proven track record of researching and writing effective documentation for developers, preferably with experience writing for internal audiences.
Ability to read and understand source code written in languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in a UNIX environment.
Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies.
Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have Skills (not required):
BA/BS Degree in a technical field or related
Internal Google Tools (G-Suite, etc.)
