Technical Program Manager
San Jose Metro Area, CA
Candidate required to develop new operational methods and processes for our strategy, product planning team, as required to support the growth and development of this project from concept to launch.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Work with external and internal partners on API implementation programs.
Analyze the pipeline of workstreams in order to optimize, and plan solutions to roadblocks to align with the project s business strategy & product plan.
Drive partner feedback to product management and engineering to ensure the best possible production experience and assist in prioritizing product requirements by communicating customer needs and impact.
Education: BS Degree, or equivalent
3 years of customer-facing, technical account management or solution consulting experience, with a focus in APIs, software development, digital transformation, Agile project management, product strategy, infrastructure and/or data systems.
Demonstrable program management skills and the ability to succeed in vague/undefined project scopes and influence multiple teams with conflicting priorities and resources
Knowledge of API partner/channel programs, API partner relationship management, support organization ticketing and management, business intelligence and analysis.
Experience with web technologies and experience with API and systems design.

Carrier/Telecom API integration experience
