Talent Acquisition Manager

The Manager, University Relations will enhance and lead the programs and provide recruiting for the University Relations strategy in the US. Under limited direction, the individual in this role will have operational responsibility for managing the overall coordination, administration and execution/roll-out of the various intern, co-op and distinct university recruiting programs, inclusive of Fellowships. The position will focus on forming solid working relationships with hiring managers, various HR teams, business leaders, universities and candidates in addition to managing and implementing the daily operations of the university programs.
Manage the talent acquisition full life cycle recruiting process to include: posting, identification and interviewing of the most qualified applicants, guidance on the selection of the best candidate, generation and the extension of the offer and support for certain on-boarding activities .
Coordinate and attend select campus and career job fairs, speaking events and other university/diversity related events.
Cultivate sources for top talent. Sourcing should include external pipelines and progressive methods through professional social networking sites, (such as Linkedin) to directly source, job fairs, specialized organizations, networking, and traditional recruitment methods.
Coordinate and recruit for internship and fellowship programs.
Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree in related field a plus.
Minimum of four (4) years experienced in university recruiting including full-life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
A strong working knowledge of Taleo and/or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred; must have exposure to ATS in a corporate environment; Workday experiences a plus.
