The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral member of the HR team and will assist with the evolution of a world class recruiting function and its enabling processes. This role will proactively manage the talent acquisition full life cycle recruiting process to include: job posting, candidate care, interview scheduling, generation & preparation of offers and on-boarding/pre-employment clearances.

Specifically, they successful candidate will performs candidate scheduling working directly with candidates, interview panels, administrative assistants, travel, Accounts Payable, and related providers. Creates internal and external candidate schedules and appointments. Tracks daily progress for interview schedules and proactively provides updates. Maintains search firm contracts/Agency Agreements.

Ensures timely approval of invoices and appropriate charge backs. Reconciles all posting costs and sourcing tools to ensure availability and utilization of appropriate licenses and current contracts. Manages department P-Card and invoicing from service providers. Maintains accurate candidate data in Taleo system, in compliance with all federal, state, local and company standards.

Main Areas of Responsibilities
Support interview processes through collaboration with other schedulers, third party travel and area tour providers, and interview panels. Support candidate communication through the process and create ensure timely mitigation of scheduling changes and/or conflicts.

Audit offer letters for content and accuracy, initiates pre-employment clearance processes. Valid all offer letters. Initiates all pre-employment drug-screen and reference checks on behalf of TA recruiter, monitoring progress/completion. This role will work with relevant partners to clear all pre-employment checks and will work collaboratively with the HR team to facilitate onboarding.

Provide administrative/lead support for related projects and processes ; training new team members, as needed. Enter and code all recruiting related invoices for Director approval. Perform other special projects as assigned. Support large scale recruiting efforts like expansions, job fairs and other opportunistic hiring activity as needed.

Provide real-time support to HR Talent Acquisition recruitment team supporting various tasks
Acts as primary contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition life cycle while enhancing a candidate s opinion of by providing an inclusive portrait of our culture, services and benefits; lead on-boarding efforts for all hires and transferees.

Experience within a fast paced environment preferred but not required
Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process orchestrating a positive candidate experience
Must have strong business acumen and savvy
Ability to understand the needs of the business segments and hiring managers and translate those to the broader talent labor market
Solid and persuasive verbal, written, consulting, and platform communication skills
Ability to market value proposition and opportunities to candidates, present candidates to business partners, understand key conversion factors of candidates, and influence them to join the organization, as needed
Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
Ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with ease, professionalism, and savviness
Success in implementing innovative methods to drive a positive candidate experience

Bachelor s degree required
Minimum 4 years applied professional work experience
Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience
