The candidate will be part of In vitro ADME group in the DMPK (Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics) department. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to support small molecule drug discovery programs by conducting CYP induction and metabolic stability assays using robotic liquid handling platforms Tecan and Fluent. The responsibilities include conducting day to day experiments, data processing, data analysis and reporting, organizing the data, maintaining lab notebooks, in addition to preparing reagents and maintaining lab instruments. Experience in troubleshooting of robotic liquid handling systems is desired. Knowledge and working experience with computers including MS office package is also desired. Experiences in mass spectrometry and in mammalian cell culture maintenance are definite pluses. In addition, maintaining clean and safe working environment in laboratory working areas is must. The candidate must be able to work independently; have good attention to details, excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team.
