|Duties:||The primary responsibilities of this position are to execute detailed procedures to analyze biological drug candidates (e.g., therapeutic antibodies, enzyme replacement therapies, gene therapies) to support drug development programs. |
Perform scientific experiments according to established procedures. Integrate, compile and tabulate data and assist the interpretation of the results. Conduct analytical method development and qualification to support drug development programs under active supervision. Document the experimental design and data in their appropriate format (e.g., data packet, electronic laboratory notebook, memorandum, report). Work with other analysts and team leaders to plan and prioritize concurrent experiments. Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems. Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. May provide oral presentations to other department members. Frequent internal company contacts. Infrequent inter-departmental and outside constituent contacts on routine matters.
|Skills:||Strong background in chromatography and spectroscopy techniques and other modern analytical techniques.|
Sound knowledge of analytical and biochemical chemistry, and separation sciences.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations in an analytical laboratory setting is preferred.
Strong work ethic and motivation to excel in a team environment.
Experience: 0 to 4 years.
