Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Optimize introduction of new processes and resolution of technical/process issues
Drive identified projects to completion and deliver desired impact
Identify and track metrics across identified projects
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications; or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of prior experience in a support environment/analyst environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong sense of responsibility
Ability to quickly adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
Proficiency with G Suite & spreadsheets
Nice to have:
Experience in a partner/channel environment.
Experience in cloud platform and infrastructure products, search products, content/document management repository systems and SQL-based relational databases.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT Technology space.
Experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies.
