DESCRIPTION:



Your responsibilities:

Manage Process improvement initiatives within the Program Management organization.

o In collaboration with the Program Management community, actively identifies and develops best practice for project management and implements accordingly.

o Facilitates Project Workshops (e.g., kick-off, Strategy, Risk Management).

o Development Project Plans.

o Drive team alignment to make sure tasks are progressing and risks escalated and resolved.

o Support in generating materials to enable effective discussion, including presentations, dashboard, agenda, meeting minutes and action items.

Communication

o Play a critical role in communication of project activities, cross-functional initiatives relevant that relevant for the Program and Portfolio Management organization.

Business Analytics

o In collaboration with the Portfolio Analytics team, provide data insights of the NIBR Portfolio:

Leverage and generate dashboards to support the assessment of NIBR portfolio.

Leverage the Program Management community to provide business insights.

Enhance quality of plans and information sharing across the organization.

Address data inconsistencies in NIBR system in collaboration with Program Managers.

Actively work with Portfolio Systems and Portfolio Analytics groups to continuously improve the way we capture, track and report project and program data.

What you will bring to the role:

Bachelor s Degree in a science or engineering field.

Relevant professional experience in Pharma or biotech industry and in drug development project management.

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management Roles.

Experience in early development is a plus.

Fluent English (oral and written), other languages are an additional asset.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Excellent interpersonal and information management skills.

Demonstrated experience in leading / managing and driving cross-functional teams

Advanced skill in facilitating/optimizing the contribution of diverse team members as individuals and as a team.

Capable of quickly gathering high-level understanding of complex technical, medical and scientific issues.

Demonstrated a global mindset and cultural awareness.

Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
