As the gUP Organizational Development (OD) Engagement Manager you will work closely with the gUp Organizational Development Team in running several flagship programs that empower the success of the company's User and Product (gUP) organization by hiring, onboarding, developing, deploying and retaining the right talent to support users, 30M partners across 90+ products. Our unique approach to resourcing and development has been featured in a Harvard Business Case Study, and on the company s re:Work blog, and is responsible for powering business agility and career development for our ~800 person organization.

As a key contributor to these programs, you ll effectively balance the highly visible and consultative client facing role you hold with gUP leaders and individual contributors, with myriad behind-the-scenes programmatic responsibilities for each program s success. Given your passion for operational efficiency, you will constantly be searching for ways to further optimize day-to-day administration of our programs, proactively taking the lead on adapting workflows, processes and tools within our Organizational Development space.

Responsibilities:
-Facilitate the day-to-day management of our product, gUP s dynamic resourcing model
-Work directly with senior gUP leaders, ICs and the PM and gUP Staffing PM to support quarterly cycles
-Provide outstanding proactive and reactive program support, using each leader and IC outreach as an opportunity to further build the Team brand within gUP, and others
-Design best practices and tools for program scale where opportunities present themselves
-Maintain our brand and gUP hiring tools and datasets with completeness and accuracy
-Synthesize data to produce reports on product and gUP hiring utilization and impact
-Understand larger gUP resourcing landscape and effectively triage hiring and Chameleon requests and questions
-Manage calendar logistics, meeting space and communications for our monthly gUP Orientation sessions and other org-related trainings, meeting spaces and communications

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Qualifications:
-Successful track record running complex operations end-to-end with a constant eye to process and systems optimization
-Outstanding program management skills (program design, workflow & system optimization, data management and analysis, day-to-day program administration, evaluation & metrics with excellence)
-Strong desire to help others through white glove client service and consultation
-Strong collaborator and silo-buster, constantly asking who else cares
-Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across teams and senior leaders
-Highly proactive and responsible with an ability to juggle myriad demands, with a high tolerance for ambiguity
-Exceptional detail orientation
-Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
-Bachelor s degree required
