  • We\'re looking for an experienced project manager with business process engineering experience in payments/billing to be part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing Geo business
  • You are the face of the Geo product billing program and first point of contact for internal partners for operational issues
  • Issues may range from program eligibility, credits application, credits extension requests, transfer of credits, confusion in using internal credits tools etc
  • If you\'ve started up new business unit processes with complex requirements that scale to 100,000s of users, we\'d love to talk to you
  • The role will be based in the San Francisco office with monthly onsite meetings on the Mountain View campus

Additional Responsibilities
  • Accountable for day-to-day operations and issue management for credits distribution to nonprofits, crisis responders, startups, researchers and more.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resolve these issues quickly or escalate them as needed.
  • Partner with business leads to develop and execute on credits distribution policy and compliance guidelines
  • Build and implement credits processes that automate manual steps, consolidate bespoke processes, and scale with rapid growth; write documents to enable repeatability and scaling of operations
  • Measure and report on credit KPIs including response time, resolution time and satisfaction Internal stakeholder management: Strong relationship with key partners across different functions and geographies to achieve results
  • Internal project management: Conduct weekly project meetings and communicate project status at all levels
  • BS/BA Degree (Manager is open to area of study) Manager will look at resumes with 2 additional years of practical experience in business operations/support, including demonstrated strong project management experience
  • 4+ years relevant experience in business operations/support, including demonstrated strong project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with proven track record of driving results
  • Proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and instructions
