Project Overview:

The Cloud Partner Team has launched a new strategic initiative to develop comprehensive joint business plans for our most strategic partners worldwide. Transforming the approach to business planning with partners requires high-touch coordination to embed the change through our global partner manager teams.

Additionally, the completed business plans capture critical information on partner targets and strategic initiatives that must be aggregated centrally to support forecasting and allocation of partner resources.
