Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manages site support service operations to ensure optimal function, aesthetics and condition at North American Regional sites, provide supplemental tactical support to other regional sites, as needed.
Manage support and outsourced staff and vendor functions associated with the proper operation of site support services, including but not limited to: shipping and receiving, janitorial, cafe and food service, pantry and vending operations.
Manage Fitness Center operations and related staff and vendor provided functions.
Manage Health and Wellness related staff and vendor provided functions.
Manage vendor performance and oversight by establishing, measuring, and acting upon Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
Assures colleague engagement by supporting surveys, feedback, focus groups and committees in relation to all services provided.
Assures high levels of customer service and support while managing within contractual and budgetary constraints.
Manages site Health and Wellness Service operation and execution.
Manages outsourced staff supporting Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Services.
Oversee execution of onsite health screening and services including but not limited to, blood drives, flu clinics, mammography screening, and health fairs.
Oversee operation of health and wellness services spaces including nursing locations, wellness and mother s rooms, and prayer rooms in cooperation with Facilities.
Partner with Human Resources to assure proper execution of all program requirements.
Assure proper communication and knowledge of all program to regional colleagues.
Provides business process and administrative task oversight for all vendor services
Performs contract management including scope of work, cost assessment, and documentation.
Assists with vendor service contracts including coordinating the RFI/RFQ/RFP process, pricing and service negotiation, scope of work, as well as coordinating work schedules
Collaborates with Legal and Strategic Sourcing to ensure corporate and vendor contract terms are established and met
Processes Purchase Orders within established budgets.
Processes timesheets, services reviews, and invoices ensuring proper charge and payment.
Effectively leads, manages and develops staff.
Oversees direct full time and contract staff on day to day assignment of work. Executes and directs work within and through the electronic work order system by approving, assigning and properly closing / reviewing work.
Leads, coaches and develops internal staff to enhance their growth potential. Provides clear direction and priorities; clarifies roles and responsibilities; accurately assesses strengths and development needs of staff; gives timely, specific feedback and helpful coaching; provides challenging opportunities for development
Manages all employee performance / development goals; completes required employee assessments and provides corrective feedback when necessary
Reviews and approves all time sheets for hourly staff
Manages all internal and external contractor staff within area of responsibility
Promotes and maintains compliance with corporate, safety, security and regulatory policies.
Ensures compliance with all state, local and company policies, rules and regulations relating to safety, security and environmental protection.
Ensures adherence to and improvement of all safety procedures and hazard communication
Ensures compliance with corporate and site security access and control policies
Provides direction with all training requirements to ensure compliance including review and approval of staff training curriculums. Ensure self and staff receive the appropriate training level for role.
