Our Cloud MSP initiative is launched in April 2019 and partners are being actively onboarded, new ones being recruited and large GCP resale commitments are negotiated on an ongoing basis. Initiative is an overlay on top of the broader Partner program and requires operational tasks that are specific to MSP subset of partners. These tasks cover entire lifecycle of partners.
What is the scope of work for this during this period?
Develop partner onboarding related MSP-specific process overlays, workflows as determined by the MSP lead. Develop and operate custom performance tracking dashboards, actively track each MSP partner for performance and coordinate across marketing, partner manager and MSP program lead to ensure risks are captured and communicated proactively. Track and confirm joint business plans are developed, filed and maintained by respective PDMs. Track and confirm QBRs are scheduled with all MSPs.
Ensure partner directory and partner classifications are correctly activated across all relevant systems. Support development and upkeep of guidance/documentation for internal audiences as well as for partners.

- Services delivery engagement status tracking and reporting
Familiarity with G-Suite, particularly depth in Google Sheets is preferred
