The Business Analyst, Professional Loyalty will help develop and directly manage the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Medical Aesthetics Business-to-Business (B2B) Portal Strategy. Role will be responsible for developing the portal content and engagement plan. The B2B Portal supports all Medical Aesthetics brands and services. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating the site content and serve as the main point of contact responsible for collecting, reviewing, and approving all branded and non-branded content. Work with agency partners to maintain brand guidelines and brand voice on web assets. Develop and maintain the B2B Portal Innovation Roadmap. Work with Customer Advisory Boards and industry leaders to enhance customer experience and determine the key functionality and services to deploy in future releases. Develop and manage the B2B Portal training and support plan. Partner with Field Sales Training, IT, and Customer Operations to ensure support plan guarantees the highest standard of quality and service.
Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree required, business emphasis recommended, but not required
Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex programs or systems.
Experience with B2B Portal infrastructure/Systems a plus.
Experience in program effectiveness management (i.e. Key Performance Indicator creation and monitoring, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis)
MBA or other advanced education a plus.
Prior experience in marketing, website support, or creative agencies preferred.
Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and, preferably online websites or portal system.
