The Specialist will initially serve as the Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the HR Service Delivery team. The role will also be responsible for answering basic benefits and HR questions. The incumbent will need to research, analyze and drive cases to resolution by partnering with Payroll, COEs and HR Operations. Once completed, the incumbent will provide employee outreach and resolution all within the predefined SLAs.

As a member of a high-performing service delivery team, the incumbent will listen, evaluate, and analyze employee HR and system questions, requests or concerns, quickly interpret the situation, determine the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicate the resolution or and/or escalation to the customer in accordance with established standard operating procedures and approved guidelines. They may also be asked to take on special projects on an as needed basis.
The Specialist will provide support through multiple HR service delivery channels (phone calls, emails, case management system) within the HR service delivery framework and document details of all calls/requests. The selected candidate will continuously look for improvements to current processes and practices to increase overall efficiencies reduce costs and continuously improve overall processes.

Experience with employee benefits and Workday, a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
