Job Description

  • Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related fields; 3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical development with an emphasis on clinical trials patient recruitment and advocacy
  • Primary role and responsibility are to provide tactical oversight for patient recruitment, engagement, and patient advocacy activities. Essential requirements are ability to work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams and external third parties (vendors, CROs, and patient advocacy groups) to ensure projects are delivered with excellence, on schedule and within budget.
    Assist with the development of strategic, integrated recruitment and engagement plan for assigned programs/studies; help to implement at study team level.
    Effectively partner with internal clinical team as well as outsourced partners to enable efficient and effective tactical execution of recruitment and patient advocacy capabilities.
    Assist with the triaging, handling and resolution of inquiries from patients, caregivers, or medical personnel looking for information about our clinical trials, site locations, and other information.
    Manage and proactively escalate project issues and risks.
    Manage project deliverables including patient/caregiver interactions and other logistics.
    Assist with project financial tasks and tracking, payments and contracts.
    Participate and manage vendor RFPs; in collaboration with team, assist with selection of best fit vendor solution for project.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with other key internal stakeholder groups such as PSRM, clinical trial managers, broader clinical development teams, and others as appropriate.
