: This position will support the Portfolio & Business Operation function. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the implementation of an enterprise systems for Biologics Portfolio. He/she will work with the Biologics CMC Team Leads, technical subject matter experts, and project PMs. to develop and maintain portfolio Dashboards of all CMC projects and Analytics. This role requires the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative and cooperative working relationships with team members across different functions and at different levels within the organization.

With input from operation heads, Biologics CMC Program Leadership. & PMs manage project server and ensure all the projects are uploaded and updated.
Work closely with CMC leads, PMs as well as function heads, to effectively transfer project plans into the enterprise system and help ensure maintenance of content.
Manage project plans in project server and develop guidance to ensure that information in project plans is up to date and milestones are tagged correctly across all line functions for all projects
Responsible for the preparation & publishing of monthly portfolio reports for governance as well as other LT meetings.
Assist business operation head with yearly budgeting, 3YOP & compiling cost estimations of new projects and scenarios.
Develops and implements analytical tools and tracking systems to facilitate business operations, and continuous improvement of the organization.
Responsible for working with project requestor to create a business case presentation for a proposed project to present to governance meeting.
Promote a culture of collaboration, cooperation, cross functional inclusion, execution excellence, effective communication and cross-functional problem-solving to become a high-performing team.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience: at least 4-5 years in Pharmaceutical Development (small molecules or biologics) and 2-3 years in Project Management or equivalent. PMP certification desirable.
